SHOROX
Characteristics
We have a wide variety of grades to meet customers' demands.
Applications
| Grade | Particle size(μm) D50 |
Summary/Features |
|---|---|---|
| AR | 1.1~2.1 | This grade balances polishing rate and surface quality. While typically used for glass substrates for liquid crystal display panels,glass substrates for hard disks, and optical glass polishing, it can also polish a wide range of other glass types as well. We offer fine and rough particle sizes. |
| T | 1.3~2.1 | With excellent CeO₂ purity, this grade achieves a high polishing rate when used with hard materials such as optical glass, crystal, and quartz. |
| FL | ||
| NZ | 0.9~1.1 | This grade is for usage applications that demand a highly precise surface finish. Structured with soft, fine particles, which makes it possible to minimize latent scratches. Used particularly for polishing the surfaces of photomasks and optical glass. |
| VZ | 0.2~0.3 | This grade features a sharp and fine particle size distribution. It is used for polishing applications that require especially high-precision finished surfaces. Note: Supplied as a slurry. |
